Professional Associations: General Registration as a psychologist through AHPRA; she is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a registered Circle of Security (COSP) facilitator.
Rebekah completed her studies at Deakin University in Victoria. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan in the public and private sectors. Rebekah has worked across various clinical settings, including forensic, disability, child and adult mental health, and positive behavior support. Rebekah has experience facilitating individual and group-based therapy.
Rebekah is passionate about providing evidence-based psychological interventions to children and young people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Rebekah Is responsive to her client’s needs. She typically employs a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and schema-based techniques.
Rebekah is warm, patient, and sensitive to the diverse needs of her clients. She is particularly interested in trauma impacts on the developing brain and rebuilding parent-child attachment following adverse life events.
