Sarah’s approaches her therapy sessions by utilising evidence-based practices such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
She has a special interest in providing supports for clients dealing with alcohol and other substance use addiction Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Sarah helps to create a space to safely process, without judgment and nurtures the courage to be imperfect. Sarah enjoys working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. With a special interest in working with teens and adolescents impacted by a mental health condition compounded by drug and alcohol use.
Sarah’s approach uses a person-centred, strength-based approach and works in collaboration with clients to pursue their therapeutic goals, identify and build on their strengths in order to live their best lives possible.
Sarah enjoys reading and researching her areas of interest. Sarah enjoys spending time with her four children.
