Children’s and Teens’ Therapy Services (CATTS) is a part of Your Best Life Disability and Health Services Ltd (YBL).  YBL is a rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation that provides Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Plan Management and SIL services to children, teens and adults.

Our growing team works out of centres in Maroochydore, Nambour, Kawana, Caboolture, and Gympie.  We also do home visits, school visits and telehealth appointments.

While CATTS primarily supports children and teenage NDIS participants by empowering them to reach their potential,  we also see private and Medicare funded clients as well as clients referred by other organisations.

Speech Language Pathologists

Multiple Locations Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Caboolture

We are seeking a Speech Pathologists to join our fabulous multidisciplinary Gympie team.

We will support you to:

  • Deliver quality therapy services that exceed client expectations.
  • Provide services that are client-centred and family inclusive.
  • Plan interventions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Work in collaboration with families and the therapy team.
  • Provide assessments and therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based including behavioural, developmental, cognitive and family systems pedagogies.
  • Maintain client records including goals, assessments, interventions and outcomes.
  • Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct and Professional Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Physiotherapists

Multiple Locations Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Gympie

We are seeking a Physiotherapist part-time to join our fabulous team.

Your new role:

  • Provide outstanding client centred and family inclusive care in the planning and evaluating of care in collaboration with families and the team
  • Undertake physiotherapy assessment and therapeutic interventions based on research and best practice, including behavioural, developmental, cognitive and family systems approaches
  • Determine client capabilities and apply professional expertise to maximize quality of life
  • Evaluate client progress and effectiveness of interventions to maximise outcomes for clients and families
  • Contribute professional expertise to program development, implementation and evaluation and actively participate in the planning and implementation of changes necessary to better meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client files by documenting clinical assessments, interventions, goals, treatment strategies and outcomes to professional standards
  • Assist in the design and delivery of staff and parent education
  • Participate in quality activities, approved research and implementing best practice standards

Psychologists General and Provisional

Multiple locations Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Moreton Bay

CATTS psychologists will deliver evidence-based behavioural, developmental, and cognitive therapy services for children, teens, and young adults. You will carefully plan interventions and evaluate outcomes and maintain client records required by the NDIS and other funding streams. CATTS offers a client-centred, collaborative, creative, and inclusive environment.  Our team provides ongoing professional development, training, and professional supervision.
